Whenever I have shit to do but I want to listen to music I always listen to this Alan Licht cd. I talked about it a long time ago, if anyone noticed. Yeah, 2 songs 30 minutes each and its really great minimalist stuff. Not droning but just minimalist. I’ve listened to it a lot and its sort of losing its charm.
Anyone have any minimalist composers/artists/cds they’d recommend?

Just finished mowing my neighbor’s yard.
Half way through he paid me 30 bucks.
I finished and got home and realized the money wasn’t in my pocket anymore.
So I walked back inspecting the ground.
Got to his yard and looked everywhere.
Money is gone, I just got sweaty and gross for nothing.

So last night I watched Anthony Bordain’s No Reservations when I got home, I love that man. So it was an episode where he was fishing with this man that uses those birds that go underwater and eats the fish and then come up and throw them up in the boat.
Yeah so my dream I woke up in my room and there were a billion of these fuckers throwing up fish everywhere.

Bjork played the leading role and from the wikipedia article the experience of making the film was so bad that she never wants to act again, which is terrible because her performance was amazing.
